Questions sellers ask

Who can become a vendor?

Any business or individual in Uganda selling genuine products — electronics, phones, fashion, home items and more. You don't need a website or technical skills.

How much does it cost?

UGX 50,000 a month, UGX 300,000 for half a year, or UGX 600,000 a year — the same rate, paid for as long as suits you, with as many products as you want to list. There is no commission on any sale and no fee per item. No contract.

What if I pay and nothing sells?

Then your products are not taken down when your time ends. They stay on the site for one more month at no charge — a second chance to make that first sale. After that month, you renew to stay listed.

How do I get paid?

Once a sale is delivered and confirmed, the full amount goes to you by Mobile Money or bank transfer. Nothing is deducted — your subscription is the only thing you pay us.

Do I handle delivery?

We coordinate delivery with you. You prepare and dispatch the order; we help get it to the customer and keep everyone updated.

How long until my store is live?

Once you register, our team reviews and approves your account — usually within a day. Then you can list products right away.
