Ordering
How do I place an order?+
Browse the shop, tap Add to cart, then open the cart and press Checkout. Fill in your name, phone and delivery address, choose a payment method, and confirm. You'll get an order reference.
Can I order without an account?+
Yes — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and check out faster next time.
How do I cancel an order?+
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference and we'll cancel it if it hasn't shipped yet.
Delivery & Tracking
How long does delivery take?+
Kampala deliveries are usually same-day or next-day. Upcountry takes 1–3 days. We confirm timing on WhatsApp after you order.
How much is delivery?+
From UGX 15,000 within Kampala and UGX 25,000 upcountry. Delivery is FREE on orders above UGX 3,000,000.
How do I track my order?+
Go to Track Project / your Account, or message us on WhatsApp with your order reference for a live update.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?+
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days if faulty or not as described. Contact us to arrange the return.
How do refunds work?+
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to your Mobile Money or original payment method, usually within a few days.
Products & Warranty
Are your products genuine?+
Yes — all devices are genuine and quality-checked before delivery.
Do products have warranty?+
Yes, most items include a warranty. New devices carry manufacturer warranty; UK-used/refurbished include a shop warranty. Ask us for specifics per product.

How do I create an account?+
Tap Account → Create account, or Sign up. Enter your name, email and a password. Vendors can pick 'Sell as vendor'.
I forgot my password+
Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you reset it.
Vouchers
How do I use a voucher/promo code?+
Enter your code in the 'Enter code here' box on the checkout order summary and tap APPLY.
Sell with us
How do I sell on Online Tech Uganda?+
Tap 'Sell with us' or Sign up as a vendor. Once approved, you can list your products from your vendor dashboard.
